Instagram DM automation pricing in India: every plan in rupees

How were the prices converted to rupees?

The rate comes from a PTI report carried by Telangana Today, found by search on 17 October 2026. We kept the same rules for every tool:

• Every plan, not only the cheapest. Free, entry, middle and top tiers, with the billing period. A plan billed yearly is shown as its monthly figure and its yearly total.
• The tool's own page first. QuickDM, InstantDM, Zorcha, SuperProfile and CreatorFlow were read on their pricing pages on 17 October 2026. ReplyKaro, LinkDM and ManyChat did not load for us that day, so their figures are as reported by search results and dated reviews, cited at the end.
• Location matters. Some tools show rupee prices only to visitors in India. Our check ran from outside India, so where a tool also reports a rupee price for India, we say so.
• No guessing. Where sources disagree on a price, we say they disagree and leave the number out.

What does every Instagram DM automation plan cost in rupees?

The rupee figures for dollar plans are what the dollar price works out to on 16 October 2026. Your card will charge a little more if it adds a foreign transaction fee, and the number moves with the exchange rate every month.

Every plan, tool by tool

ReplyKaro

ReplyKaro's own site, read via search on 17 October 2026, reports Starter at ₹99 a month in India ($3 elsewhere) with 30,000 DMs, and Pro at ₹299 a month ($9 elsewhere) with unlimited automations and DMs. Its free plan is reported at 1,000 DMs a month, 3 active automations and 1 account, though its pages differ on the automation count. A Capterra listing also shows paid plans from ₹99 a month in India. See theZio vs ReplyKaro. Better pick if you want the lowest rupee price on a paid plan.

QuickDM

QuickDM's pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026, lists a free plan at up to 20 DMs an hour with up to 100 follow checks and 100 emails, and Pro Growth at $10 a month (about ₹949) at 185 DMs an hour, with a struck-out $30. The India toggle shows ₹399, which we read as Pro Growth's India price; confirm it on the page. An Agency plan is quoted on request. See theZio vs QuickDM. InstantDM

InstantDM's pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026, lists every paid price as billed yearly: Legend Pro $9.99 a month (about ₹948, or ₹11,379 a year), Trendsetter $24.99 (about ₹2,372) and Trendsetter Pro $49.99 (about ₹4,745). Multi-account plans are $160 a year for 3 accounts (about ₹15,187) and $990 a year for 10 accounts (about ₹93,971). Free gives 500 DMs a month. The page has a rupee toggle but showed no rupee figures to us. See theZio vs InstantDM. Better pick if you run several accounts or want AI and ad automations.

Zorcha

Zorcha's pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026, lists prices in dollars with monthly, quarterly and yearly billing. Pro is $14.99 a month (about ₹1,423), $11.99 quarterly (about ₹1,138) or $9.99 yearly (about ₹948). Ultimate is $39.99 a month (about ₹3,796) and Business $109.99 (about ₹10,440). CreatorFlow

CreatorFlow's pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026, lists Free at 500 DMs a month on 1 account, Pro at $15 a month (about ₹1,424) or $12 billed yearly (about ₹1,139) for 2 accounts and 5,000 DMs, and Growth at $30 a month (about ₹2,848) or $24 billed yearly (about ₹2,278) for 5 accounts, 10,000 DMs and 5 team seats. Paid trials last 14 days and need a payment method. See theZio vs CreatorFlow. Better pick if you want a small-team plan with clear monthly DM caps.

LinkDM

LinkDM's prices are reported by SetSmart and Blotato, found by search on 17 October 2026: Free with 1,000 DMs a month on 1 account, Pro at $19 a month (about ₹1,803) or $182 a year (about ₹17,275) for 25,000 DMs across 3 accounts, and Platinum+ at $99 a month (about ₹9,397) for 10 accounts. SuperProfile

SuperProfile's pricing page, checked on 17 October 2026, showed us dollars: a free Starter plan with unlimited AutoDMs on Reels and posts, and a Creator plan at $4.99 for the first month (about ₹474), then $29 a month (about ₹2,753), for up to 5 accounts. A 2026 CreatorLane review reports ₹499 a month per account in India, so check the price your browser shows. See theZio vs SuperProfile. ManyChat

ManyChat charges by contacts, and 2026 reviews do not agree on the numbers: eesel AI and Chatarmin, both found by search on 17 October 2026, report different free limits and Pro prices. We could not read ManyChat's own page that day, so we leave the figure out. See theZio vs ManyChat. Better pick if you need multi-channel flows and integrations more than a fixed rupee bill.

Where theZio fits (our tool, so read this critically)

theZio is our product. It bills in rupees through Razorpay, so there is no conversion on your card. Free is ₹0 for 1,000 auto DMs a month, no card needed. Pro is ₹499 a month, or ₹399 a month billed yearly (₹4,788 a year, which saves ₹1,200), with unlimited DMs. Here is what each plan includes:

• On Free: comment-to-DM on posts and Reels, email collection in the DM, the Ask For Follow invite (the freebie is always delivered), keyword Story replies, replies to the last 24 hours of comments, and file delivery for up to 3 products.

Where other tools beat theZio

• Lower rupee price. ReplyKaro lists ₹99 and ₹299 plans and QuickDM shows ₹399 for India, all below theZio Pro at ₹499 billed monthly.
• Unlimited free DMs. Zorcha and SuperProfile list unlimited DMs on free plans. theZio Free stops at a monthly cap.
• Several accounts on one plan. LinkDM, CreatorFlow, InstantDM and SuperProfile sell plans that cover several Instagram accounts. theZio runs up to 3 on one login: all included in Max Pro, ₹299 a month per extra on Pro.
• Other channels and flow builders. ManyChat, Zorcha and InstantDM offer visual flow builders, and ManyChat covers more than Instagram. theZio does neither.

What adds to the rupee price of a DM automation tool?

• Exchange rate. At ₹94.92 to the dollar, every $1 on a pricing page is about ₹95. If the rupee weakens, the same plan costs more next month.
• Card fees. Many Indian cards add a foreign transaction fee on dollar payments. Check your card's charges before you compare.
• Yearly as monthly. "$9.99 a month, billed yearly" is one payment of about ₹11,379 today. If you might cancel in three months, compare the monthly price.
• Per-account pricing. Several plans charge per Instagram account. Two accounts can double the bill.
• Features behind a higher tier. Email capture, story replies and old comments often sit on a paid plan. A cheap plan that lacks one can mean paying for a second tool.

Is yearly billing worth it for an Indian creator?

On the pages we checked, yearly billing brings Zorcha Pro from about ₹1,423 to ₹948 a month, CreatorFlow Pro from about ₹1,424 to ₹1,139, and theZio Pro from ₹499 to ₹399. InstantDM shows only yearly prices for its paid plans. Remember that a yearly dollar plan locks in the rupee rate of the day you pay, for better or worse.

Which Instagram DM automation plan fits your budget?

• ₹0: start here. Read what the free plan counts: DMs a month, DMs an hour or contacts. Our free Instagram auto DM tools guide compares them.
• Up to ₹500 a month: rupee plans. No exchange rate and no card fee for foreign currency.
• ₹900 to ₹2,000 a month: dollar entry plans from InstantDM, Zorcha, CreatorFlow and LinkDM. Check the rupee amount on your statement after the first month.
• Above ₹2,000 a month: multi-account, agency and AI-flow tiers. Worth it if you run several pages or a team.

Whichever you choose, test it on one post with a second Instagram account before you promote the keyword, and never point two tools at the same post. Meta allows one private reply per comment, so two tools means a failed send or two DMs for one comment.
