What does theZio do?
theZio sends an automatic Instagram DM to everyone who comments your keyword on a Reel or post, or replies to your Story with it. The DM carries your link, freebie or offer, and theZio can also reply to the comment in public.
Can it reply to my Story replies?
Yes. When a fan replies to any of your Stories with your keyword, theZio sends the DM, on every plan. Pro can answer every Story reply without a keyword (emoji reactions are skipped) and send a thank-you DM when a fan mentions you in their Story, once per fan per day.
How do I set up an auto DM?
Connect your Instagram professional account with Instagram Login, pick a Reel or post, choose a keyword and write the DM. It goes live when you save. When a fan comments the keyword, the DM is sent in seconds.
Is theZio free?
Yes. The Free plan includes 1,000 automatic DMs a month, no card needed. Pro is ₹499 a month and removes the monthly DM, contact and product limits.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new theZio account gets 1 month of Max Pro free, no card needed: every Pro feature plus your Link in bio page and store. It starts when your account is ready (email confirmed, or straight away with Instagram). After that you stay on Free (1,000 DMs a month) unless you pick a plan. One free month per person and per Instagram account.
Is it safe for my Instagram account?
theZio is built on the official Instagram API, so you never share your password. DMs are queued and paced so your account stays within Instagram's limits.
Can it reply to comments my Reel already got?
Every plan can answer comments from the last 24 hours when you switch an automation on. Pro can go back to all old comments: fans who commented in the last 7 days get the DM, and older comments get a public reply, because Instagram only allows private replies within 7 days.
Can I send a file, like a PDF or ebook?
Yes. Upload the file once in Products and pick it in your automation. Each fan gets a private download link in the DM. Free includes 3 products, Pro is unlimited.
