What happens
Fill the form
Two minutes: your Instagram handle, a phone number and what you want to send people who comment.
We call you back
We'll call you back within 2 hours to set up your first automation, or at a time that suits you.
10 minutes together
You connect Instagram with Instagram Login on your own phone. We help you pick the keyword and write the DM.
Your Reel starts sending DMs
Every fan who comments your keyword gets your DM in seconds, on the theZio Free plan.
Your Reel's old comments can get a reply too
When we switch your automation on, theZio can also answer comments your Reel already got. Every plan can reply to the last 24 hours. Pro can go back to all old comments.
Instagram only allows a private reply within 7 days of a comment, so fans from the last 7 days get the DM and older comments get a public reply instead.

Free setup questions
Is the setup really free?
Yes. We set up your first automation with you at no cost, and it runs on the theZio Free plan with 1,000 automatic DMs a month. You only pay if you choose Pro later.
What do I need for the setup?
An Instagram professional account (Business or Creator, free to switch in the Instagram app), your phone with Instagram logged in, the Reel you want to use, and what you want to send people who comment.
Will you ask for my Instagram password?
No. You connect your account yourself with Instagram Login on your own phone, while we guide you. We never ask for your password.
How soon will you contact me?
We'll call you back within 2 hours, on the phone number you give in the form.
Can it reply to comments my Reel already got?
Every plan can answer comments from the last 24 hours when you switch an automation on. Pro can go back to all old comments: fans who commented in the last 7 days get the DM, and older comments get a public reply, because Instagram only allows private replies within 7 days.
Can I set it up myself instead?
Yes. Create a free account at thezio.co/signup and the dashboard walks you through each step. The free setup is for anyone who would rather do it together.
