Shipping and Delivery Policy
theZio sells software plans, and creators use theZio to sell digital products. Nothing is shipped: there are no physical goods, no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
1. theZio plans
A paid plan starts as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, usually within seconds, and stays active for the billing period you paid for. You can see your plan at any time in Billing in your dashboard.
2. Digital products bought from a creator’s page
- Instant delivery on screen: once your payment is confirmed, you are taken straight to your download page.
- By email: the same download link is sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Check your spam folder if you do not see it.
- If confirmation is slow: sometimes a payment takes a few minutes to confirm. Your link is emailed to you as soon as it is. If nothing has arrived within an hour, email hello@thezio.co with your payment id.
- How long the link works: 30 days and up to 10 downloads. Please save the file to your device after you download it. Each tap on Download opens a fresh, private link that works for 15 minutes.
- If your link has expired or run out of downloads, tap Buy again on the product and enter the same email: we email you a fresh link and you are not charged again.
- If the creator removes the product or closes their account before your link runs out, email us and we will refund you.
3. Free products
Products a creator gives away for an email address are delivered the same way: on screen straight away, and by email.
