- AI answers to common questions, even on Free. Zorcha's AI FAQ answers repeat DM questions, with 20 FAQs on its free plan. theZio sends the DM text you write, not AI answers, today.
- More tools in one place. Zorcha's plans add follow-up messages, broadcasts, a flow builder, Facebook DM automation, click-to-DM ads and a link-in-bio page. theZio covers Instagram only, and its Link in bio page needs Max Pro.
When theZio fits better
- Email capture on Free. theZio collects the fan's email inside the DM on every plan. On Zorcha, Collect Phone/Email starts on Pro.

- Pro tools for busy posts. Smart match catches typos and variations of your keyword, "any comment on this post" answers every real comment on one post, and a brand deal inbox flags collab enquiries in your comments and DMs.
- Free file delivery in the DM. theZio sends a private download link for your free PDF or preset, 3 products on Free and unlimited on Pro.
- Selling is live, not Soon. On Max Pro at ₹899 a month, theZio sells products and courses from your Link in bio page, with fans paying through Razorpay and a 0% theZio fee until notice. Zorcha lists selling as Soon on its pricing page.
How to switch without double DMs
- List your live automations on Zorcha. Note each post, keyword, the DM text and the link it sends, plus any story reply automations.
- Create a free theZio account and connect Instagram through Instagram Login. You need a professional (Business or Creator) account; no Facebook Page is needed.
- Turn off the Zorcha automation for one post first. Two tools watching the same post would send a fan two DMs for one comment, or one of them would fail.
- Recreate it in theZio with the same post, keywords, DM and link. Add email capture, a follow invite or a product file if you want them.
- Test with a second Instagram account. Comment the keyword and check that exactly one DM arrives with the right link.
- Move the rest, then decide on Zorcha. If you still want its AI FAQ or link-in-bio page, keep it for those and leave the comment automations to theZio.

Can I collect emails on Zorcha's free plan?
Not according to its pricing page, which lists Collect Phone/Email from Pro. On theZio, email capture inside the DM is on every plan, including Free.
Does theZio reply to story replies like Zorcha?
Yes. A fan replies to any of your Stories with your keyword and theZio sends the DM with your link, file or image, plus email capture or a follow invite if you switch them on. One DM per fan per Story. Keyword replies work on every plan, including Free. Answering every Story reply without a keyword, and a thank-you DM when a fan tags you in their Story, are on Pro. Zorcha's home page says it handles story replies too, so pick one tool for your Stories; two tools answering the same Story means a fan gets two DMs.
Is Zorcha a Meta partner?
Zorcha says it is Meta Verified, which it describes as its brand being authenticated by Meta. We did not find a claim on its site to be a Meta Business Partner. theZio uses the official Instagram API with Instagram Login and is not a Meta partner.
Can I use Zorcha and theZio together?
Yes, as long as they never automate the same post. Meta allows one private reply per comment, so two tools on one post means a double DM or a failed send. Split your posts between them, or move one post at a time.
