What you can use it for
- A manager who runs your automations day to day
- An agency handling several creators from one login
- A teammate who only needs to see the numbers
How to set it up
- Invite them. Open Team, enter their email and pick Admin, Editor or Viewer. They get an invite link by email.
- They accept. They log in or sign up with that same email and tap Accept invite.
- Switch accounts. Anyone who manages more than one account switches between them from the profile menu.
Tips to get more from it
- Give Editor to people who build automations, Viewer to people who only report.
- Check Recent activity on the Team page to see team changes and contact exports.
Good to know
- Admin: everything except billing, Instagram, deleting the account, the link in bio handle and managing Admins.
- Editor: automations, products, link in bio content, DM and Comment Agent, brand deals.
- Viewer: sees automations, products, analytics and inboxes, and changes nothing. No contacts, team or billing.
- Invite links work once and expire after 7 days.
Questions
Do I have to share my Instagram password?
No. Your teammate uses their own theZio login. Only you can connect or reconnect Instagram.
What happens if I move to Free?
Your team is paused, not deleted. Upgrade again and they get access back.
