What you can use it for

How to set it up
- Set it up. In DM Agent > Setup, describe your business, pick a Tone (Friendly, Professional, Hinglish) and keep the Disclosure line.
- Add knowledge. Under Knowledge, add Questions & answers and Links. Published products are included automatically.
- Add rules. Under Rules, add keywords with a fixed reply. A rule always wins over the AI.
- Test, then turn on. Use Try it to see answers without sending anything, then switch on Turn the agent on.
Tips to get more from it
- Write prices with Rs or the rupee sign in your answers, so the agent can quote them.
- Check the Log's Needs you filter daily for handoffs.
Good to know
- Up to 50 Q&As, 20 links and 30 rules.
- Only replies inside Instagram's 24-hour window, and pauses when you reply by hand (30 minutes by default).
- Blocks any answer with a link, price or offer that is not in your knowledge.
- Replies per fan per day are capped (5 by default). Text only; files are delivered by automations.
Questions
Can the AI make up prices or links?
No. Any answer with a link, price or discount not in your knowledge is blocked before it is sent.
Will fans know it is automated?
Yes. A disclosure line like "Auto-reply from @you's assistant" is added to the first reply.
