What you can use it for
- Knowing how many followers a viral Reel's automation really brought
- Comparing new followers from automations with your overall account growth
- Showing brands what your comment automations do for your audience
How to set it up
- Invite fans to follow. In an automation, turn on Ask them to follow you. Fans always get what you promised either way.
- Open Analytics. Growth from theZio sits at the top: new followers, account growth, fans who already followed, and DMs sent all time.
- Read it weekly. Your weekly report email includes new followers whenever there were some.
Tips to get more from it
- Account growth is net and includes unfollows and everything outside theZio, so the two numbers are shown side by side, not as a share.
Good to know
- A follower counts only when Instagram says the fan was not following at the invitation, then is following when checked again.
- Fans who already followed you are shown separately and never counted as new.
- Counting starts the day the report is switched on for your account; older activity is not estimated.
Questions
Does a fan have to follow to get the freebie?
No. The DM invites them to follow and always delivers what you promised, whether they follow or not.
