Any comment on a post

What you can use it for
- Giveaways and launches where every commenter should get the link
- Posts where fans will not remember a keyword
- Thank-you DMs to everyone who engages on a milestone post
How to set it up
- Pick one post. In a new automation, choose a single post under Which post? (Any comment does not work with All posts).
- Tick Answer any comment on this post. It sits under the keyword box in When someone comments.
- Finish and save. Write the DM and delivery as usual, then tap Save automation.
Tips to get more from it
- Use it on your best-performing post of the week, not your whole account.
- Pair it with Ask For Follow to turn a giveaway post into followers.
Good to know
- One post only, so it never DMs every commenter on your account.
- Skipped as junk: emoji or punctuation only, a single letter, tags or links only, repeated characters ("hahaha") and spam pitches.
- Your keyword automations always win, and a fan already DMed on that post is skipped.
- A brand pitch goes to your Brand deals inbox instead of getting the fan DM.
Questions
Will it DM spam bots?
Tag-only, link-only, emoji-only and known spam pitches are skipped before any DM is sent.
