What you can use it for
- Selling an ebook, preset pack or template from your bio
- Sending a Reel's commenters to a paid product by DM
- Launch offers with a coupon, a sale end date or limited stock
How to set it up
- Get paid setup. Open Get paid and add your PAN and bank account once. theZio checks the account before your first payout.
- Price a product. In Link in bio > Shop, open a product and set a price from ₹10 to ₹50,000, or let fans pay what they want.
- Add the extras. Optional: a compare-at price, coupons, one bump offer, a stock cap, a sale end date, checkout questions and a thank-you message.
- Share it. Publish your page with a Store block, and point an automation's DM at the product page.
Tips to get more from it
- A low-priced bump offer on the checkout page lifts the average order without a second sale.
- Pair a Reel keyword with the product page: commenters get the link in their DMs within seconds.
Good to know
- Prices from ₹10 to ₹50,000.
- theZio's fee is 0% until we give 30 days' notice, and theZio pays Razorpay's charge meanwhile. After that it is 5% all-in, gateway charge included.
- Payouts every Monday by bank transfer. Each sale waits 7 days (the refund window), and a balance under ₹500 rolls over to the next week.
- Income-tax TDS and, for GST-registered sellers, GST TCS are deducted as the law requires. They are tax, not a theZio fee.
- Every buyer gets an invoice in your name, and a buyer who leaves checkout gets one reminder email.
Questions
How do fans pay?
Through Razorpay's checkout, with the cards, wallets and netbanking Razorpay offers. theZio sends the file the moment the payment is confirmed.
When do I get my money?
Every Monday, by bank transfer, for sales at least 7 days old, once your balance is ₹500 or more. Your Payouts page shows every sale, fee and tax line.
Is selling really free right now?
theZio takes 0% on sales until we give 30 days' notice, and pays Razorpay's charge for you. After that the fee is 5% all-in. Tax deductions (TDS, and TCS for GST-registered sellers) still apply.
